One Free Photography Session: with Katie of KB Digital Designs
Remember the Denver Meet-Up that happened last Saturday with so many of you local Colorado-ans? (And a couple Wyoming-ans and Utahns?)
Well, I was able to share the whole event in pictures, thanks to Katie from KB Digital Designs. (Seriously, bless her little heart for tackling that for me. Hallelujah.)
And guess what? Not only did she donate her time for the event…….she is also donating a free photography session to one of you little luckies. I know there must be handfuls of you who need an updated family photo. Or newborn baby pics. Or maybe some of you need (or know someone who needs) some engagement shots. Today’s your lucky little day. If you are living in the Denver area (or are willing to travel, or have a friend in the area you want to win this for), Katie is offering a 1-2 hour photo session at an outdoor location. Hooray! Time to get all prettied up.

I had to miss the meet-up and when you posted the pictures I immediately went to her site to check her out. We usually go to Target for family pictures because I just can’t seem to find a great photographer locally that I want to spend the money on. My favorite is her family photography. Colorado has some amazing locations for outdoor portraits, I’d love to move out of Target’s studios and into the great outdoors.

Oh please please please let it be me! I was hoping to miss the get together, but was glad that my baby girl waited to come afterward! (She was born Sunday morning!) I would LOVE to do newborn pictures/family pictures!

I love the family shots – we are in serious need of some family photos! My youngest will be 1 year old next week and we have yet to get family photos .
I love the family shots. My favorite is the one walking in the field with the mountains in the background. We moved to CO in the last couple of years and I would love a shot like that for our Christmas picture! (Only, instead of kids, it would be dogs in the photo!)

I have been following Katie’s work for a while, so I have liked her on facebook for months now. She has an eye for all types of photography. Her portraits are breathtaking, and the way she uses the surroundings to capture all that is amazing. I am in love with all of her photos, there is not just one genre I prefer over another. Her wedding pictures, newborn, family… they are all beautiful. She really captures the moment in her photos. Her style is very unique and I’d kill to have her do a photoshoot of my husband, 9 month old daughter and I. We have just got married this past weekend and I’d love to have a family shoot with us together united, especially somewhere outdoors now that my daughter is nearly walking! We have empty photo frames that have been collecting dust, and what a nice way it will be to fill them with her work and make our little apartment feel more like home!
I have seen Katie around a teen mother program I am involved with. She volunteers there often and it makes me like her work that much more. It is such a rarity to see someone donate their time like that when they have as much talent as she does. Please choose me for this photoshoot!
