20 Cheap ways to IMPROVE CURB APPEAL (…if you’re selling or not)

We’ve been a little sidetracked this week with all this warm weather we’ve been having…and have been outside sprucing things up.  When we moved to OK last year, we didn’t do much with the outside of the house but were instead inside building shelves, revising closet space, making tables, etc…so that the interior worked better for our family.  But now that a year has passed and spring has arrived, we’ve been itching to spend more time outdoors making the exterior of our house a little more “us”.  Our house was brand new when we moved in, so it doesn’t need much as far as paint and trim goes….but we’d really like to re-landscape and add things here and there to make it a little happier outside.  Because I love driving up to our home and thinking, “ahhhh…..I’m home!”

While I was gathering ideas that wouldn’t break the bank, I kept finding the most clever ideas to really help the curb appeal of a home, whether I actually needed the idea or not.  So, I included a whole list of really great ideas (that are all very inexpensive to do)…in case some of you are doing a little sprucing up this spring too, or are maybe even thinking of selling your home soon.  Because truly, the exterior is the first thing a buyer sees…so enticing them to come inside, starts outside!

Anyway, there are so many of these I want to try…..I hope they inspire you too! :)
