20 NO-COOK Dinner Ideas…great for summer!

When it’s hot outside, the last thing I want to do is turn the oven on.  Or the stove.  In fact, I don’t even want to spend much time in the kitchen at all…but you know the whole hungry children thing.  Yeah, popsicles won’t satiate their hunger for very long. ;)

It’s not that I don’t like cooking in the summer.  The real issue is that I don’t like a hot house.  So adding to the heat of our home in the summer months makes me cranky.  (And so does putting hot food in my belly, when everything around me is so warm.)  So I’ve been trying to make meals lately that don’t require any oven or stove use.  But I’ve been running out of ideas…..so I started gathering ideas.  And found some really delicious things that I can’t wait to try!  Want to add some ideas to your dinner menu too?

Do you have any favorite No-Cook recipes you want to pass along?  I’d love to hear them!
